Terms and Conditions

Welcome to www.jimcorbetthelpline.com (the "Website"). The domain name https://www.jimcorbetthelpline.com/ is owned by Jim Corbett Tourism, a unit of Moksha Adventure, a Uttarakhand-based tour and travel agency registered under MSME. By using our Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Payments

  • Jim Corbett Tourism accepts payments via Razorpay, which supports Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and Wallets.
  • Please ensure payments are made only to our company accounts.
  • To confirm a booking, travelers can pay a 50% advance, with the remaining 50% due upon arrival or tour commencement.
  • Travelers may also choose to pay 100% upfront to enjoy additional discount benefits.
  • All statutory taxes, surcharges, and fees applicable must be paid by the travelers.

Accommodation

  • Standard rooms in all hotels will be provided. Upgrades are available at an extra cost, payable directly to the hotel.
  • Room allocation for three persons will include one room with one extra mattress.
  • If the specified hotel is unavailable, a similar standard hotel will be provided.

Booking Confirmation

  • Booking confirmations and vouchers will be sent within 24 hours via email, WhatsApp, SMS, or hard copy.
  • Check-in time is 12:00 noon, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
  • Ensure the correct age of passengers is entered at the time of booking to avoid penalties.

Safari and Itinerary

  • Safari zones are subject to availability and may be changed at our discretion. Specific areas or zones cannot be guaranteed.
  • Any changes in government taxes, hotel charges, safari charges, etc., will be communicated via email or phone before the travel date. The difference in cost must be settled before the tour.
  • We reserve the right to make itinerary and safari changes as required by operational circumstances.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to change or cancel your travel plans for any unavoidable reason, please let us know in writing. Please note that cancellation fees will be applied from the date we receive your written notification. Here’s our cancellation policy:

  • If you cancel 30 days before your arrival, you’ll be charged 10% of the tour cost.
  • If you cancel 15 to 29 days before your arrival, you’ll be charged 30% of the tour cost.
  • If you cancel 7 to 14 days before your arrival, you’ll be charged 40% of the tour cost.
  • If you cancel 2 to 6 days before your arrival, you’ll be charged 50% of the tour cost.
  • If you cancel less than 48 hours before your arrival or you don’t show up, you won’t receive a refund.

Jeep, Canter, and Elephant Safari amounts are non-refundable. For Dhikala, Bijrani, Jhirna, and Dhela lodges, no refunds are available once booked. During peak seasons (Holi, Diwali, Christmas, New Year), a different cancellation policy may apply, which will be advised accordingly.

Liabilities and Limitations

  • In case of hikes in permit fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges as decided by the Government of India after the finalization of the tour/service cost, the additional charges will be payable by the traveler.
  • We are not liable for any refunds or compensation due to force majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic issues, overbooked hotels, or closure of/entry restrictions at places of visit. We will make every effort to arrange suitable alternatives but cannot guarantee refunds or compensation.
